Nanomaterials (ISSN 2079-4991) is an international and interdisciplinary scholarly open access journal. It publishes reviews, regular research papers, communications, and short notes that are relevant to any field of study that involves nanomaterials, with respect to their science and application. Thus, theoretical and experimental articles will be accepted, along with articles that deal with the synthesis and use of nanomaterials. Articles that synthesize information from multiple fields, and which place discoveries within a broader context, will be preferred.

With over 600 exhibitors and 25.000 visitors, the World Battery Industry Expo - WBE, formerly Asia Battery Sourcing Fair - GBF ASIA takes place at the China Import and Export Fair Pazhou Complex in Guangzhou. The exhibitors present a wide range of batteries of various kinds, including lithium batteries, power batteries and battery management systems for electric vehicles and electrical devices, storage batteries for wind power generation and photovoltaic systems as well as materials, accessories and testing devices. As is known, China has become the world's largest lithium-ion battery manufacturing country since 2018. It is predicted that by 2020, China's battery capacity will account for more than 70% of the global market, and lithium-ion battery output will reach 205.33 GWh by 2020, with a CAGR of 41.88% in the next two years.
