The oral presentation Guidelines:

• Keynote Presentation:  30 minutes total, including 2 to 3 minutes for Q&A.
• Invited Presentation: 25 minutes total, including 2 to 3 minutes for Q&A.
• Standard Oral Presentation: 15 minutes total, including 2 to 3 minutes for Q&A.
• There is no specific template required for presentation content.
• Presentations should be compatible with MS Windows and created using Microsoft PowerPoint or PDF format.
• Presenters must save their presentations on a USB drive or external disk and upload them to the conference room laptop prior to their sessions.
• Use of personal laptops is discouraged to minimize setup time and will not be permitted unless previously arranged.

Poster Guidelines:

• Poster dimensions must not exceed 100 cm in height and 80 cm in width.
• No specific template is required for poster content.
